Needs 1-2 years experience (an internship can count). MUST be a local to Malvern, PA candidate!
- AWS experience
- Python coding experience
- React or Angular experience
- MUST have excellent communication skills as they will be working on the trade floor with Traders!
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities would include full-stack software development for IMG clients.
This contractor would work with a PA-based team of developers to build custom applications that are typically AWS cloud-native.
Would expect this junior contractor to join our team with a coding language specialty and willingness to learn more specific coding technologies with the support of our team.
In this role, contractor would also get experience meeting and working with IMG portfolio managers and non-IT business clients to provide technical project scoping and support.
Our applications typically focus on time savings through automation, cost savings through optimization, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
Required skillset/relevant experience would be full-stack development.
Candidates that have a specialty/focus in front-end of back-end could be successful and evaluated as along as they have some experience doing full-stack development (the other end of their specialty/focus).
Coding language preference would be Python and React.
Candidates that have Python and Angular experience could be evaluated but React is a strong preference for this position.
AWS certification not required but would be an added bonus for AWS certification or AWS service knowledge like lambdas, ECS platforms, and AWS architecture as a whole.
