Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers (SPM I and SPM II) to join our team. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in project and construction management, focusing on educational facilities, public works, or large commercial projects.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 17 years of professional project/construction management experience.
- 5 years managing large programs with projects exceeding $50 million each.
- Experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year of employment, if not already held.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Design-Build Experience
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- LEED certified projects or CHPS experience
- Division of the State Architect (DSA) processes
- Architectural or Professional Engineer registration in California
Tasks and Responsibilities: Senior Project Manager I & II:
- Lead complex construction project resolution and oversight.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Resolve construction-related disputes and implement internal policies.
