RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final production, including research, sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, and testing.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitors.
- Create 3D CAD models and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Manage the design and development of prototypes, including material selection, fabrication, and testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and design best practices.
- Participate in design reviews, presentations, and trade shows to showcase product designs.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Alias, Rhino, etc.) and design visualization tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and abilities.
