Our client in Greenville is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their office team. The ideal candidate will have previous office management and/or executive assistant experience with a positive demeanor and proactive, problem-solving skills.
This role sits on-site in Greenville and offers full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team regarding calendar management, travel, event planning, and communications
- Organize and prepare meetings, maintain office records, and act as point of contact between the firm and the public
- Assist with project management as needed
- Manage phone calls on front line and welcome guest ensuring a positive office environment
- Assist with drafting communications to clients
- Oversee day to day operations of the office including purchasing supplies, managing the office layout and assets, and mail
- Make decisions in the absence of the executive team with reasonable decision making aptitude
- Assist with coordinator of executive team's personal matters as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates in Business Administration, Bachelors preferred
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven experience as an office manager and/or executive assistant
- Time management skills and flexibility
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000-75,000

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, on-site
- 8am to 5pm
