SUMMARY
Mendocino Farms seeks a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Administrative Manager to CEO. This role is a unique blend of providing high-level administrative support to our executive team while overseeing our corporate office's smooth operation. KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the CEO's primary point of contact, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address administrative tasks to support their effectiveness.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the corporate office, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating purchases and maintenance as needed.
• Serve as the liaison with building management and vendors to address facility-related issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, drafting documents, and handling phone calls.
• Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda creation, meeting logistics, and follow-up action items.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, announcements, and updates as needed.
• Support the CEO in special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, both onsite and offsite.
• Arrange catering, transportation, and event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Assist with coordinating off-site meetings and conferences, including registration and travel logistics.
COMPETITIVE PAY
• All Mendo Base Camp members are paid on a bi-weekly basis
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to take initiative.
• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
