Must to have skills:
- Extensive knowledge and working experience (6 to 9 years) in fast paced environment supporting NetApp-CDOT, Storage-Grid, EMC – VMAX3, PMAX, XIO, CISCO MDS, BROCADE, Pure storage units
- Expert knowledge of SAN/NAS storage administration
- Team player attitude
- Should have excellent experience on handling Major incident calls and drive until RCA is known
- Incident/Problem/Change/Request Fulfillment management (ITIL Standards)
- Provisioning, decommissioning of various distributed enterprise and mid-tier SAN and NAS arrays
- Controlled resolution of incidents, problems within agreed service levels including classification, prioritization and initiation of action, identification and determination of root causes and implement of remedies
- Ability to work effectively across geographies and time zones
- Willingness to work in weekend
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Weekend coverage, potential off hours calls, not many off hours calls Weekend coverage would equal time off during the week, every 5th weekend rotation at the moment. Sitting in NY or NJ, probably Pershing Plaza (Jersey City) 2 days a week in office,
