Looking for someone with more experince on the engineering side (as opposed to operational DBA responsibilities). Focus for the role will be on:
- POC's
- Researching Vulnerabilities
- Documentation
- Solutions development/Testing
There is an on-call rotation - only once every 2 months for weekdays and about once every month or two for weekends (rotatation between 12 different team members).
RAC, Exadata, Dataguard are required.
Description:
- This candidate should be able to take a project, do the independent research for this project, test, and document what it does and provide us with a recommendation and the pros and cons of their findings.
- We would expect them to come to us with questions, but they should be able to problem solve and work out some issues on their own.
- This candidate should also have RAC, Exadata, and Dataguard experience.
