Our client is looking to fill the role of Clinical Manufacturing Operator - Tissue Manufacturing. This position will be located onsite in the Livingston office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical manufacture of company tissue and other products
- Responsible for the technical processing of tissue products which included involvement with harvesting, processing, storage and release
- Responsible for the maintenance and delivery of tissue supply in accordance with sales forecast
- Create multiple batch records daily and enter into electronic databases (adhering to Good Documentation Practices)
- Direct involvement in process development, training activities and technical process transfers for existing and future products
- Assist with providing daily technical updates to Technical Operations management team as required
- Ensure equipment is operating accurately requiring maintenance of equipment logbooks
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with cells and/or tissue manufacturing
- Previous experience with gowning for clean room environment/aseptic manufacturing
- Flexible scheduling required to support as needed
- B.S degree in Biology, Bioengineering or related scientific discipline
- Seeking 1-2 years’ related experience with tissue manufacturing cGMP environment
- Good understanding of clinical manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment
- Exposure to and understanding of federal regulations for Quality Systems (21CFR820) and GMP manufacturing (21CFR 210,211)
- Previous experience with batch record creation and writing
- GxP regulation knowledge (cGTP, cGDP, cGMP)
