Our Metrowest retail client is looking for an onsite Social Media Art Director with 5+ years' experience working on social first content production and design for the company brands. Examples of campaigns in portfolios required for this role. The Social Media Art Director will be responsible for creating and curating social-first content across multiple categories for the brands. As the Social Media Art Director, you will be hands-on in the design, editing, and implementation of social videos and stills.
Responsibilities:
- Edit, design and produce content to engage with our existing audience and grows net new followers, impressions, sessions and CTR for paid social and organic social.
- Projects will include graphic direction, photography/video style for multi-channel campaigns focused on the social experience.
- Maintains and evolves the social media look and feel across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube and Pinterest for the company
- Comfort with photoshoots
- Own the social media voice for the company and it's products
- Ensure social creative in in line with brand standards
- Requirements:
- 5+ years + experience creating engaging social content for a CPG/fashion/retail brand or working on a brand for an Ad agency.
- Video editing skills specifically related to social media (i.e. video, reels) Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
- Graphic design – An expert in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, etc.
- Be an engaged contributor to a highly creative, fast-paced work culture with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Able to concept and produce on brand work in a fast paced environment
