Digital Manufacturing Program Manager
Hybrid - Detroit, MI
$150-180k base salary
I’m partnered with the Digital Manufacturing function of a global Systems Integrator who are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be working in and around the Detroit, MI area, and expected onsite 2-3 days per week.
This role will be working directly with automotive manufacturing (including Tier 1 & 2 suppliers) customers who are looking to embark on a new digital transformation journey for their manufacturing and divisions and supporting them with the creation, development and implementation of strategies and initiatives. The aim of this role is to drive collaboration and connectivity between the manufacturing operations and technology elements of customers’ business in the form of new MES implementation or Digital Manufacturing roadmap.
Key skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience leading driving digital transformation projects/programs within the manufacturing space, ideally including MES implementations
- Background working win the Automotive or Aerospace industries is preferred
- Ability to work directly and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient roadmap design and solution implementation
- Strong project management, solutions and process management
- Experience with any of the core Mfg Systems (Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Apriso, or similar) is crucial
