Locum to Perm or Perm position
Work Dates Needed: Mon, Wed, Thur & Fri 8am to 4pm; Tue - 8am to 6pm
Preferred Schedule: 40 hr. work week
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Scope of Work: Dentistry-
- Emergency & Comprehensive Exams,
- Night Guards,
- Cleanings,
- Teeth Whitening,
- Fillings,
- Tobacco Cessation/Counseling,
- Extractions
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- WV License,
- Experience working with all ages,
- EMR Proficiency,
- Clear background check and drug screening
EMR: ECW
Pay Rate Preferred: Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 depending on experience for Locum-Perm Candidates: $115/hr.
