Key task:
Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and provides training to customers on Bandera Extrusion line.
Provides technical support direct to customers to include but not limited to, telephone troubleshooting, parts testing and preparation, assistance with repairs, etc.
Extensive travel throughout North America is required.
Ability and willingness to occasionally travel internationally on an as needed basis.
Maintains excellent customer relationships through effective support
Ensures timely and efficient installations, service, and preventative maintenance.
Maintains excellent record keeping and documentation.
Background:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in plastic industry.
Excellent customer relations.
Correct and fluent English is a must, a second language will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate at the customer, employee, manager, and upper management levels.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize at a high rate of multi-tasking and work under tight deadlines
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
