Job Description:
Ensure that all deployed cloud solutions follow client Cyber Security requirements and compliance controls by leveraging existing templates, documentation and other reusable sources provided by client management Configure infrastructure through code (ARM for Azure, Cloud Formation for AWS) Configure build and release pipelines for cloud and/or on-premise solutions Monitor and support client cloud and/or on-prem applications using approved industry tools and practices defined by client. Respond to service requests from the development organization under guidance from client management. Participate in on call rotations that occur during normal hours within your time zone General Qualifications: General knowledge of traditional network, firewalls and load balancers Strong technical documentation skills; workflows and support documentation
Skills:
- MongoDB DBA
- Will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical MongoDB databases across Environment, ensuring high availability and consistent performance of database and it’s downstream consumers.
- This role will also involve the integration of CI/CD practices into database management processes to support deployment of Triggers, API, MV’s and DR setup.
Required:
- Database Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB instances.
- Monitor database performance, implement changes.
- Perform database backup and recovery duties, ensuring all required database logs and backups are successfully completed.
- Manage MongoDB features such as replication, and indexing.
CI/CD Integration:
- Develop and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for database code deployment and management.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate database changes in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Automate routine DBA tasks with appropriate tools and scripting.
- Ensure database changes are in line with compliance and security standards.
- Performance Tuning and Optimization:
- Optimize SQL queries and indexing strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
- Provide proactive and reactive data management support to client.
