Associate Attorney (Remote) - San Diego, California
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Personal Injury Defense. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Casualty/Personal Injury cases, providing exceptional legal services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of Casualty/Personal Injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide insightful and strategic advice to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other related materials.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and updated on case progress.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- 2+ years experience in Personal Injury Defense.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
