Ideally looking for two English Speaking and two Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speaking candidates with 5+ years of practical experience in customer service and retention, along with Associate degree or equivalent experience and proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM for documenting and managing customer interactions.
