New Dawn Treatment Centers, a renowned dual diagnosis treatment organization, is looking for dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our Women's Residential Program in Fair Oaks. We have full-time day shifts available from Tuesday to Saturday, offering an incredible opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic clinical team.

Your Role:
As a therapist, you will:
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing person-centered approaches.
- Use Motivational Interviewing techniques to support clients on their recovery journey.
- Lead education, family, and process groups to foster healing and empowerment.
- Manage client cases, including treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge planning.
- Facilitate transitions to Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs).
- Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Helping Men Recover curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of addiction counseling experience.
- Experience with Veterans and Active Duty personnel is a plus.
- Proficiency in person-centered treatment planning, Motivational Interviewing, and Stages of Change.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices, including CBT, Mindfulness, and ACT.
- Licensed Therapists, Social Workers, LPCC Counselors, and Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) are encouraged to apply. License-eligible candidates who are awaiting their exam are also welcome!
