Title: Senior Manager, Data Management
Salary: $140,000-175,000 + Stock
Location: Cleveland, Ohio – (Relocation Program Provided)

The Sr. Manager Data Domain is responsible for strategically planning, designing, and overseeing data domains to align with business requirements. They lead data domain operations, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and drive domain initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CDMP preferred.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in data governance, domain management, in Domains such as Customer, Product, Material, Finance, etc.
- Experience with Data Governance Activities such as Data Domain Design, Glossary & Definitions, standing up policy and procedure
- Ability to be working cross-functionally with business and technology teams in a decoupled data architecture.
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis or related business experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level data models, data management projects, and analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain domain-specific data models, standards, and procedures.
- Prioritize and resolve data issues and risks within the domain by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance policies and standards are followed for managing domain data.
- Collaborate with Data Governance team to maintain data quality and consistency within the domain.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team on best practices and industry standards.
