As a Customer Solutions Representative (Credit/Collections), you will provide comprehensive support, focusing primarily on accounts receivables while also assisting the sales field and customers. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls related to order processing, credit applications, and collections. You’ll manage tax exemptions, negotiate payment arrangements, and reconcile accounting issues. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Accounts Receivable, or a Call Center environment.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
