Salary: $52,000 to maximum of $60,000 annual rate (some overtime possible)
1st and 2nd Shifts Available: : Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm shift OR 3:30pm to 11:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides production supervision in the company's food manufacturing process (baking) to drive productivity, process improvements, cost reduction and employee engagement
- Responsible for daily operations on the production floor, including training and troubleshooting to ensure that all operations are in full compliance with applicable guidelines, including safety and quality
- Coordinates, leads, executes, and drives daily production plan to ensure correct, accurate and timely completion of production and delivery schedules.
- Participates in recruiting, on-boarding, training and development of all direct reports.
- Demonstrates equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees; assigns employees to experienced workers for training as needed.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (bakery/food production)
- High school diploma
- Ability to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
