As Warehouse management systems support engineer
responsible for warehouse management systems Level 1 support.
The solution uses SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM),
Exacta Warehouse execution systems, SAP H/4 HANA, and a few other
systems like Case line, Worldlink, ASRS, Autostore, pick to light, VLM,
Veeva Vault (Document Management System), etc
Experience in-person IT support of a 16x5 rotating shift schedule to a
mid-size to big warehouse.
Experience in system administration, databases and support
warehouse business users
Experience in EWM - System Integrations with Warehouse Control
Systems, MFS, Wordlink, Dematic AGV Scheduler - Automation
Integration Layer will have added advantage
Manages Inbound, Internal Warehouse, Production Supply, and
Outbound warehouse business processes support
Understanding of Exacta database (SQL) and architecture
Coordinates flow of materials (MFS) throughout the site.
Initial issue diagnosis and troubleshooting
User support for navigation and system use

Understanding of Pharmaceutical Warehouse Business Process
Experience in providing EWM Site support for Lifesciences customer
Understanding of Incident and Change management tools.
Understanding of GMP process and GMP systems used in Pharma.
Worked in direct support of and along with the maintenance staff to
maintain both complex and simple systems used in packaging
operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide support to Warehouse Support in a 16X5 rotating shift
schedule (Morning, Evening)
Coordinate and provide in-person support at the site.
Providing updates to customers regarding ongoing issues.
Maintain and update procedures as required.
Updating SOPs and Knowledge articles
Communicate effectively on time for any new spare parts
requirements.
Formal investigation of support issues, communication with
impacted stakeholders and vendors, resolution/closure of the
issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
