Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for client & logistic providers
- Execute inbound and outbound transactions
- Manage the invoicing & physical distribution process
- Correct basic administrative transactions
- Ensure timely follow up of customer specific requirements as per agreed SOP
- Stock control management and coordinate timely delivery
- Provides weekly reports for management support purposes
- Maintenance of accurate time registration
- Providing support for optimization of administrative & financial processes. Represent us in a wide variety of company contacts, when required;
- Assist management with a wide variety of tasks;
- Assist with quality management related tasks;
- Perform all other relevant activities that are requested by management
- Manage day to day operations on behalf of customers as per agreed SOP.
- Process and manage sales order activities on behalf of customers.
- Communicate customer requirements with outsourced service providers (carriers).
- Supervise and manage customer related activities and proactively indicate issues, propose possible solutions and implement solutions.
- Manage, setup and implement changes to existing processes and or implement new processes/activities for existing clients
Required Skills:
- Experience in logistics 2+ years.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in stressful situations.
- Experience in handling difficult customer phone calls.
- Extremely punctual.
