Senior Billing Analyst/Specialist:
The Sr. Billing Analyst will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of billing procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers.
· Maintain customer accounts and update billing information as necessary.
· Monitor and track outstanding payments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Customer Support, to address customer inquiries related to billing.
· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and inquiries related to billing.
· Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· 3-5+ years in the billing process, invoicing, and billing customers.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
· Understanding of billing processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, and payment collection.
Salary range $ 40-$50 per hour W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
