We are currently hiring a principled attorney with a preferred minimum of 3 years experience to represent our clients in guardianship, probate, and estate and trust administration.
Qualifications:
· Preferred minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney in guardianship, probate, and estate and trust administration or related files
· Demonstrated experience in court
· Excellent analytical skills, research, writing and communication skills
· Trial experience preferred
Responsibilities:
· Conduct client meetings
· Prepare all legal documents
· Appear in court as counsel
· Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to meet all deadlines
· Adapt well to change & maintain a positive attitude
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
