Title: Epic CTs
Pay Rate: $55/hr.
Location: 100% onsite in Las Vegas, Denver or Colorado Springs. Open to travel and/or extended stay
Contract: initial 3-month contract with likely extension
Start: 9/12
Summary:
- To lead and support Physician and end-user training for full life-cycle Epic implementation, converting from Allscripts.
Nevada: 7 CTs and 5 Training Coordinators
- Physician only classes
- Specialties: PCP (Adult Med), Rad Onc, Gastro, Oncology, Anesthesia
- 4 Ambulatory
- 1 Radiant
- 1 Beacon
- 1 Anesthesia
- Credentialing program will run Sept 12th – Oct 10th (virtual, @40 hours per week)
- Onsite training in Las Vegas will start Oct. 12th – Nov 23rd
- 3 separate training locations in Vegas
Denver: 3 CTs
- Physician only classes
- Specialties: PCPs (adult med) and Pediatrics
- All 3 are Ambulatory
- Credentialing program will run Sept 12th – Oct 10th (virtual, @40 hours per week)
- Onsite training in Denver will start Oct. 12th – Nov. 23rd
Colorado Springs: 3 CTs
- Physician only classes
- Specialties: Pediatrics, PCPs (Adult Medicine), Dermatology
- All 3 are Ambulatory
- Credentialing program will run Sept 12th – Oct 10th (virtual, @40 hour per week)
- Onsite training in CO Springs will start Oct. 12th – Nov. 23rd
Shift Schedule:
- All CTs will be working evenings and weekends to accommodate for provider/clinician schedules.
- If non-local to Las Vegas, Denver or Colorado Springs, extended stay is preferred. Otherwise, we will determine schedule to travel back home as needed.
Requirement:
- 4+ years Epic credentialled/classroom training experience.
- Supported 3+ end-to-end Epic implementations in respective area/module of expertise.
- Local to Las Vegas, Denver or Colorado Springs, or open to weekly travel and/or extended stay.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends to accommodate provider/clinician schedules.
