Job Description:
- Graduate or Post graduate degree in MBA or equivalent. Alpha is strictly looking for formal education in Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skill along with experience in interacting with global users.
- Strong experience in working on UI based applications.
- Strong experience in working on BRDs/FRDs and interacting with business for requirement analysis.
- Experience in creating User Stories and conducting story grooming sessions for Development and QA teams.
- Strong experience in working in Agile projects as lead BA or as product owner.
- Strong experience in business analysis in Capital Market
