UR Medicine Neurosurgery seeks a dedicated Cerebrovascular Division Manager, Clinical Administration at the Comprehensive Stroke Center. This Assistant Director, Clinical Administrator, will be responsible for optimizing patient care and procedural workflows, overseeing interdisciplinary teams, and managing stroke patient feedback from outside hospitals and EMS. The role includes leading quality improvement initiatives in surgical stroke care, educating on regional cerebrovascular programs, co-administering the Cabrini Stroke Literacy Community Education grant, and managing daily operations of the UR Medicine Mobile Stroke Unit and Teleneurosurgery program. Additionally, the manager supervises the OR neurovascular tech team, leads regional outreach efforts, oversees grant management, and supports clinical research within the Cerebrovascular Division.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They should possess strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
