Our client, a Global Real Estate Company, is seeking an experienced Administrative/Executive Assistant to support their Development Team! This role requires 5 -8 years of administrative experience with a preference for candidates out of the finance industry.

Standard Business Hours
Compensation DOE – $100 – 120k base range + Bonus eligibility
Responsibilities:
- Complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangement (domestic & international) in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones
- Manage expense reports and billings for the executive
- Screen, respond to, and follow up on email correspondence in a timely manner
- Preparing presentations, i.e., slide and report creation in accordance with company standards, coordination with marketing department, printing and binding book
- Manage ad hoc projects as assigned, liaising between the executive and staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- 5 – 8 years of experience out of finance
- Bachelors’ degree required
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Posses the ability to anticipate needs, while being solutions oriented
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Highly resourceful with great judgement
