Our client, a renowned content brand within the entertainment industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Advertising Manager to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a brand that is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and creators of color.
This is a full-time 12-month + contract opportunity. The role is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The application deadline is Wednesday, September 4th 2024.
Social Advertising Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary lead for our client's brand social media and select programming.
- Collaborate with our brand agency partner, providing feedback and strategic thinking about the direction of the brand's social media channels.
- Develop a comprehensive social media approach for our client's original titles.
- Analyze social media insights to optimize performance across platforms and create performance reports.
- Track budget and spend for the brand and owned titles.
- Investigate and track industry trends and innovative media opportunities to optimize future campaigns.
Social Advertising Manager Requirements:
- Must have 6+ years of social media experience preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Must have an understanding of social media platform analytics (primarily TikTok and Instagram, with secondary platforms being Threads, Facebook, Tumblr, and any emerging platforms) and success metrics and have the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized, ambitious, and disciplined
- Ability to work effectively cross-departmentally
- Strong understanding of the television and film industry
- Passion for diversity
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
- Ability to give feedback
- Experience in establishing and executing workflows
- Understanding of social media platform analytics and success metrics
