Our client, a biotech company in Montgomery County, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join their team!
This role is 20-25 hours a week and onsite Monday through Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet employees, guests, and vendors with professional enthusiasm
- Coordinate visitor arrivals by reserving/preparing conference rooms, setting up refreshments as needed and following the building security procedures.
- Managing inventory and placing orders for all office supplies, including food and beverage, paper goods, pantry and cleaning supplies.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls, take & relay messages to the appropriate party
- Sign for incoming mail and packages and distribute to the appropriate parties.
- Assist employees with general information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of administration experience.
- Ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be both a team player and able to work autonomously.
- Proactive approach to getting things one, keeping spaces tidy, and upholding excellence.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
