Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise cost estimates and evaluate project inquiries.
- Manage subcontractor relations, including coverage, scoping, and proposal leveling.
- Lead project estimation, value management, client interactions, and preconstruction processes.
- Support sustainable design and communicate environmental benefits to clients.
- Delegate and review work on complex projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Experience in healthcare and life sciences construction.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed profit targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
