The Greenwich, CT office of a great, global, private investment firm is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule phone and in-person interviews and administer pre-employment tests (Caliper, Model Tests, etc.)
- Facilitate scheduling and super days for intern and analyst programs
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements for candidates
- Schedule new hire orientation for all employees, maintain new hire presentations and supporting materials
- Assist with coordination of HR meetings, recruiting events, on-site culture events, etc.
- Assist with HR Team travel, as needed, including flights, hotels, car services, etc.
- Manage Anniversary Gift program and other swag programs
- Manage State and Federal Labor Law posters for all US offices
- Ad-hoc projects, as required
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Administrative experience
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, and efficient
- Excellent attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
- Sound judgment and knows when to escalate issues
- Time managemnt and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills - Proficiency in Word and Excel required.
