Staff Accountant

Boca Raton, Florida

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
Reconcile and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AP/AR.
Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
Assist with month-end closing and financial audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in the renewable energy or construction industry is a plus.
