Objectives: The CSS plays an important role in serving our clients and successfully processing accounts under the direction of the Financial Advisor and according to business needs. Administrative Assistants work independently to organize and manage a wide range of administrative and client support activities. We are looking for associates who have a desire to be the very best and to provide the highest level of service excellence.

There are several key areas where Administrative Assistants must demonstrate professional proficiency:
- Financial industry terminology and account types
- Client communication through phone and email
- Salesforce data entry and management (preferred)
- DocuSign technologies
- Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing
- Policy and procedures, including FINRA guidelines
- Google Suite and calendar management
- Pre-appointment preparation for Financial Advisor
- Post-appointment follow-up/processing
- Proactive client service updates
Education/Experience
· High school Diploma required
· Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience
· · Financial Investment Advisory Services Industry experience preferred
· Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe skills required
· Successful completion of industry-standard background screening required
· Former experience working with various custodians, Orion, Salesforce, and DocuSign is a plus
