Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facility operations to ensure seamless business performance.
- Deliver consistent, profitable results aligned with business plans and customer expectations.
- Ensure a safe working environment, adherence to environmental regulations, and integration with quality systems.
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, lean initiatives, and employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of proven manufacturing management experience in a primary metals environment, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Expertise in manufacturing resource planning and capital budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with Lean initiatives, visual management, and shop floor reporting systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and interactions with employees, customers, and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
