Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team. As the Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This is a key leadership role where you will collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals.
Duties:
- Overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming, and PLC Engineering departments as well as acting as a liaison between those departments and upper leadership
- Creating and managing capital project budgets
- Working with Corporate Project Manager to execute various continuous improvement projects
- Working with quality assurance department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed to meet ISO/FDA requirements
- Hours outside of regular workweek may be required when equipment scheduling is needed
- Create continuous improvement plans
- Maintain company network and server infrastructure
- Prevent cyber security issues
Qualifications:
- A four year degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology (relevant work experience might be considered in place of education qualifications)
- At least 10 years experience in either Software Engineering, Information Technology, or PLC programming with the understanding of all three fields
- Experience with in house software development
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle
- Exposure to a variety of programming languages such as C#, ReactJS, ExpressJS, Python
- Experience with SQL databases
- Understanding of network systems
- Understanding of server equipment
- Understanding of internet security and data privacy
- Allen Bradley PLC experience
- HMI Screen Development experience
- FactoryTalk Site Edition experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to implement continuous improvements
- Willingness and ability to travel
