Afni is hiring Insurance Project Coaches for our growing insurance program who are responsible for supervising and developing a team of insurance service or sales consultants. Starting pay is $46,000.00 with appropriate P&C licensing. There is also a generous bonus plan that includes a guaranteed monthly payout AND you can even earn above that! Your role will focus on driving performance, building a motivated team, and fostering individual skill development. *Position is onsite at our contact center in Tucson, AZ.*
What you will be doing:
- Maximize Team Potential: Work closely with your team to leverage their natural talents and maximize their performance.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service or sales consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and brainstorm solutions to both minor and major challenges.
- Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for individual and team performance enhancement, implement improvement processes, and close performance gaps.
- Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflicts and achieve outstanding results by balancing empathy, care, and performance for both customers and staff.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, ensuring schedule adherence, and monitoring performance metrics.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent and previous supervisory experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to communicate direction in a clear and concise manner
- Possess a strong customer service background with the ability to drive results for your team.
- Possess strong leadership and relationship skills.
- Have a naturally positive attitude.
- Know your way around Microsoft Office products.
- Are a problem-solver with a genuine desire to help people be successful.
- Can work on more than one thing at a time and know how to prioritize.
