We are looking for a Business Analyst who is local to Oahu. Our client is a leader in Logistics and distribution of energy products.
What you’ll do:
- Perform market analysis for trends in fuel and non-fuel sales.
- Analyze business performance, provide insights, recommend and develop business solutions to improve strategic and operational performance.
- Assist retail team on data and trend analysis to drive strategic business plan development and tactical business opportunities.
- Serve as team's SME (subject matter expert) for retail analytic systems and software (e.g. TAIGA data systems, P&L, CMAP pricing data).
- Create tools and reports, dashboards to help Retail team understand business performance against metrics.
- Assist Retail Facility, Maintenance & Safety Manager with data analysis for R&M, compliance, and safety metrics.
- Keep all business units informed of work progress and issues
Who you are:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in business and data analytics or commensurate work experience.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable field of study.
- Highly proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, including editing and proofreading.
- Must always maintain confidentiality, remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
- Must be an excellent problem solver - the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information as appropriate.
- Should be a critical thinker-and not be satisfied with the status quo, continually seek to understand details of the business to find and grow opportunities.

Other Requirements:
- Pass background check including periodic job-related physical abilities testing as required.
- This is a safety sensitive position and random drug testing is required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
- Willingness to devote the time as needed to meet packet and task deadlines.
- Willingness to maintain or increase skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) within sixty days of hire.
- This is not a remote or hybrid position. (Position requires in-person attendance).

- The hiring annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000.
