- Day to Day:
- Evaluate and implement processes and equipment to see how it can be optimized
- Managing the capture of date and ensure quality
- Analyze and respond to maintenance requests to help ensure future sustainment and limit risks
- Document and report optimization strategies and provide tangible goals/trend improvements
- Integrate preventative maintenance and see full cycle processes through
- Run risk evaluations
- Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ABET Accredited University
- 5 years of experience in construction or facility maintenance field
- Ability to complete WENG 400 and 519 (life cycle cost estimating course), WMGT 322 and 423 (project planning course), and WTSS 200 (estimation process course) within the first 12 months of being hired - client will pay for courses
- Microsoft Office applications experience
$40/hr-$42.89/hr - converts at a salary of $89,211
