Duties Include:
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages from couriers and postal services. Identify and route items to the correct department or individual.
- Prepare, label, and dispatch outgoing mail and packages using appropriate postal or courier services. Ensure all outgoing mail is sent out on time and with proper postage.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking of packages and delivery confirmations.
