Role Description
This full-time Executive Assistant role at our client's Pasadena headquarters and will directly support the CEO. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing expense reports, board member liaison, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Previous experience planning events
- Ensuring the Senior Management team’s calendars, schedule, and travel plans are maintained and providing them with additional administrative support as needed.
