Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing various aspects of logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Reconciling inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reordering stock as needed.
- Working with other departments to ensure accurate inventory forecasting.
- Using inventory management software to track inventory movements.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Processing customer returns.
- Communicating with customers about shipment status and delays.
- Coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer requests.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
