Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Program Manager who will re-imagine Card Data Now’s portfolio management processes by developing, managing and reporting on the portfolio intake and prioritization processes for our organization. This is an onsite opportunity located in Richmond, VA!
Duties:
- Define the tools, frameworks and processes that must be developed to enable a scalable delivery program for Data Products, the multi-year data standardization initiative
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success criteria
- Develop and manage program artifacts and process documentation
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Work in partnership with agile teams delivering on program needs
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years experience as a Program Manager delivering data focused projects
- Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Solid history of working with cross-functional teams to take projects from inception to launch
- Experience with Zoom and Google Workplace products, to include: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive
- Proven track record of delivering projects across heavily matrixed organizations
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Tableau
