What’s the Job?
As a key position within our Client Services team, this role will maximize client outcome by way of executing investment strategies, supporting client and client advisor requests, solving problems on behalf of clients, and enabling Compliance and Business & Data Intelligence objectives.
What Will You Do? - this is what we know but expect the unexpected
o Client Liaison
▪ Establish new client accounts with relevant custodians and/or outside asset managers
▪ Assist clients with inquiries regarding account statement activity, charges, and other requests
▪ Facilitate money movement requests from clients
o Asset Management
▪ Process money movements (wires, journals, checks, LOAs, etc.) for all client and Crestone related accounts
▪ Process account transfers (ACAT, DTC, DRS, DWAC, etc.)
▪ Process checks received for deposit into client accounts and monitor automatic credits/debits in client accounts
▪ Process capital calls and distributions for Crestone pooled vehicles and Crestone-advised direct investments
o Portfolio Administration
▪ Prepare/process trade requests for option, equity, mutual fund, fixed income, block, and restricted stock orders
▪ Facilitate exercise of employment-related stock options
▪ Monitor outstanding GTC orders
▪ Update cost basis
▪ Prepare pooled vehicle, client direct investment, and LP subscription documents; execute corresponding cash flows
▪ Process and monitor trade-related corrections for client accounts
o Compliance
▪ Provide support for RIA audits
o Professional Competency and Technical Knowledge
▪ Engage complex client relationships and client-related special projects that span multiple functional groups
▪ Education, certifications, professional networking, best practices
What Do You Need?
o Required
▪ 4-year college degree
▪ Client focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
▪ Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
▪ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
o Preferred
▪ Experience in an operations/trading environment
▪ Microsoft Office fluency; Salesforce CRM experience
▪ Working experience with option trading, private placements, and restricted securities
Salary range: $70,000-80,000, plus an annual performance based bonus target between 5-10%.
Role based in our Denver or Boulder, CO office. No relocation provided.
