Job Title: Senior Clinical Trial Manager
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team, including CRAs, CTAs, and other staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth trial operations and resolve issues.
- Manage trial budgets and resources, oversee contract negotiations, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in direct clinical trial management, with expertise in oncology.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong grasp of GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CTMS and relevant software.
