We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager for a contract role lasting a minimum of 9 months, with the potential to extend up to 18 months. This position requires regular on-site presence in Wolcott, Indiana (ideally 2-3 days a week). The client is family-owned business valued at over $300M, known for its close-knit team environment and values a combination of top technical skills and a great personality fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ERP migration projects, with a focus on MS Dynamics 365.
- Oversee the migration process from Viewpoint Vista to MS Dynamics 365 (preferred).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing ERP migration projects, ideally with MS Dynamics 365.
- Experience in migrating from Vista Viewpoint to MS Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
