We have partnered with a top national GC and are assisting them in a search for a Superintendent in their Phoenix Mission Critical group!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Oversee all on site subcontractors
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Conducts foreman meetings
- Ensure projects are being built per plans and specs
Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in with mission critical/data center projects
- Experience working for a reputable GC
