Our client in the Financial Services industry is looking to bring on a Senior Associate Java Developer to their team in Dallas. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 remote). You must be located in Dallas. Our client is currently undergoing a company-wide cloud migration. This team is rebuilding a key platform from scratch and migrating it into the cloud. This digital transformation is a #1 priority for them while still maintaining their current day-to-day.
The Senior Associate candidate has 2-4 years of experience, looking for a company that can help them grow their career. You'll be working alongside some of the top developers and play a strong role in assisting with this migration.
Desired Skillsets:
- At least 2+ years working with Java/core Java
- Experience working with a Spring Boot/Java microservice architecture
- Bonus if you have worked with streaming technology like Kafka Streams, Splunk or FLINK
- Preferred background from Financial Services/Capital Markets but not required
- Bachelor's degree with a technology focus
