LHH is assisting a prestigious midsize Chicago-based firm with its search for a senior real estate finance attorney to join their thriving practice.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 5+ years of real estate practice experience, with a particular focus on representing sophisticated institutional borrowers in real estate asset backed transactions.
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in IL or another US jurisdiction
The firm offers an 1850 billable hour target, sophisticated clients and hands on client experience, and a clear path to partnership.
Though remote candidates would be considered for this role, regular travel will be required.
