LHH is partnering with our valued client for a Rail Lines Operations Supervisor. This important leader will be responsible for overseeing facility activities, ensuring efficient client relations, and effective strategic operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of safety, consistently achieving or surpassing organizational goals.
- Implement and monitor best practices in safety protocols and process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior management to complete daily tasks, manage planning activities, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with state agencies and maintain a positive work environment.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients while leading and managing a team of supervisors and operational staff, including overseeing staffing levels and making hiring decisions.
- Ensure effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are utilized to meet company goals and manage multiple tasks.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years' experience Operations and Logistics Management
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 50%-75% travel
Salary Range: $95,000-$100,000 annually plus 10% bonus
