Regular and predictable attendance is required
Develops, integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the system design. Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment. Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance. Develops test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements. Works under general direction.
Day to day:
• Working under Technical lead/front line managers guidance.
• Team meeting in the morning, will receive work package in the morning with their duties.
• Stay on target with quality and deadlines on the team!
• Will have guidance from lead, checks and balances on the team to ensure the quality is sufficient
• Models are in CATIA V5 so the analysts should be comfortable in CATIA V5 to be able to interrogate the models.
• Primary Airframe Structure and Secondary Brackets
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Analysis/Analyst experience
• Structural analysis experience
• Must have a Bachelors degree in STEM, Preferred in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Previous Boeing experience
• Previous aerospace experience on Boeing commercial products
• Experience with ENOVIA, IVT, NASTRAN/PATRAN, CSW, IAS, Classical Hand Analysis Limited needs for Finite Element Analysis
